What's inside a Terak?

A standard 8510/a has a series of boards plugged into a four-slot Q BUS. Top to bottom:

A double-board memory card containing a bank of 48 Intel i2109-4 RAM chips (each 8Kx1, for a total of 24K words or 48K bytes) plus eight i2114 (each 1Kx4) static RAMs.

Serial card driven by 1602 UART

A half card containing a NEC 8257 DMA controller and a NEC 765 floppy disk controller.

DEC M7264-EB main processor card. This is the LSI 11, KD11-F, PDP 11/03 processor with 16-bit addressing and 4K of MOS RAM on-board.
